Conditions:

You are a citizen of one of the 42 eligible countries (part of the IsDB) ;
You have an excellent academic performance ;
You have an admission letter from a French university to study a French or English program starting September 2020 ;
You will study a graduate program in one of the fields covered by the scholarship
